Project Development and Planning
Examine and advise on project conceptualized development and operating concepts for hotels, restaurant function areas food and beverage outlets, and other facilities. Offer advisory services on design development and strategic planning.
Project Execution
Selection of development team members including general contractors, agencies, vendors, interior designers, engineers, MEP advisors, and other project-related manpower.
Detailed pre-development project budgets identifying all project elements typically containing hundreds of line items. Pre-development coordination between architects, designers, and contractors to ensure the most efficient design to yield high quality and economic efficiency.
Coordination meetings during the development phase to answer questions and solve problems well in advance of construction. Detailed monitoring of construction budgets and schedules. Coordination with the hotel management team to ensure a smooth opening.
Pre-opening
-Advise and accomplish installation and commissioning of all MEP services.
-Advise on the installation of HEOS, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)for hospitality assets.
-Finalize and appoint operational vendors, sub-contracts, or agencies.
-Advise on specifications and order requirements for hotel equipment and operating supplies
