Kitchen Consultancy:

Our work scope in kitchen consultancy covers a range of services. We conduct menu demonstrations, dry and wet runs, and rigorous food quality checks. We standardize portion sizes, enhance food presentation, and provide training on handling kitchen equipment. Our team excels in stock and inventory management.


Restaurant Consultancy:

We train staff on pre-preparations, table setups, and buffet setups. Our team efficiently handles order-taking, order-placing, and real-time food deliveries. To design Carnival Restaurant’s kitchen for optimal efficiency, safety, and functionality, encompassing equipment layout, plumbing, gas bank, ventilation, and civil structure, while providing ongoing supervision to ensure timely and effective implementation.

Solution:

A Deft hospitality was engaged to overhaul the kitchen’s design. The project was approached with a meticulous strategy, focusing on each component


Equipment Layout:

We initiated by analyzing the kitchen’s workflow to optimize the placement of cooking stations, preparation areas, Pot & Dish wash, and storage. The aim was to minimize movement and streamline operations, enhancing the speed and quality of service.


Plumbing Layout:

Understanding the importance of water access and waste disposal, we designed a plumbing system that supported the kitchen’s increased demands. This included strategically placing sinks, and gutters, and ensuring proper drainage to maintain hygiene standards.


Gas Bank Layout:

Safety and efficiency were paramount in redesigning the gas bank layout. We implemented a system that ensured easy access for refilling and maintenance, incorporated leak detection systems, and adhered to safety regulations to prevent accidents.


Ventilation Layout:

To create a comfortable working environment and maintain air quality, we revamped the ventilation system. This involved the installation of high-efficiency hoods, exhaust fans, and air filters to remove heat, smoke, and airborne grease.


Civil Layout:

The civil layout was redesigned to support the new kitchen setup. Structural modifications were made to accommodate new equipment, enhance space utilization, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

The 20’s Resort is a breathtaking 4.5-acre oasis located near Urmodi Dam backwater, surrounded by lush green mountains and a beautiful blue lake. The resort’s main goal is to embody tranquility in the embrace of nature.

Deft’s focus on housekeeping and accommodation was reflected in the selection of linen and room amenities, setting up SOPs, and crafting checklists and reporting systems. We also provided staff training, inventory management, and assistance in OTA platform registration to ensure a seamless guest experience.
